Jazzie is a dark bay coming 3 year old QH filly.  She

She is not spooky and seems to enjoy the new

patient home to continue her training!
Light to Medium Riding

The following horses are available for light to medium riding.
They cannot do any jumping or other competitive activities!
Miley is a coming 3 year old bay Arabian filly.  She is
very sweet and loves attention!   She is turning into a
very beautiful young lady!  She is in saddle training
now and progressing very quickly!!  She will be an
awesome horse!!  She is ready for an experienced
home to continue her training.
Butterscotch is a nice 16 year old buckskin dun mare.  She is a
QH cross and is very stout!!  She is shy and needs a very patient
person to build her trust and make a nice riding horse out of
her!  We are currently working on geting her under saddle and is
progressing with the de-spooking and ground work well!
Omar is a gray Arabian gelding. He is aprox. 14.2hh.  He is
doing well under saddle in the arena as well as out on the
trails!  He can be a bit spooky and buddy sour.  He is a ham
for attention and is ready for an intermediate rider!
Phoenix is a very nice 6 year old buckskin.  She is over 15hh.  She is
smart and very sensitive!  She is still green, but learns very quickly!  She
will walk, trot, canter, sidepass, pivot, cross obstacles!  She has a scar on
her withers limiting her to light pleasure riding only.  We have a custom
pad that is cut out for around the scar that will go with her to her new
home, and she does need a saddle with a wide tree.
Mocha is a nice bay QH filly.  She is 3 years old in saddle training
now!  She did go to the Horse Expo in March and did amazing!
She has ground driven here and worn tack, but the expo was
her first 3 rides.  She took to it like she had been ridden many
times before!  She is a willing and very smart gal!!
Logan is a very nice bay Mustang gelding.  He is 13
years old, 15.1hh  and trained to ride.  He does have
some arthritis in one knee so will be limited to lighter
trail riding.  He is not spooky, but can be a bit barn
sour, so will need a strong rider!
Eddie is a 6 year old bay mustang
pony cross, he is about 12hh.  He
has just started riding training and
is progressing well! He is shy, but
really tries to please!  He will need
a slow, confident, patient home to
continue his training.
Bailey is a 5 year old sorrel
gelding.  He is shy, but sweet
once he knows you a bit.  He
is currently in saddle training
and progressing well!  He will
need an experienced home
to continue his training.
Misti is a nice chestnut Arabian mare.  She is 13 years old
and around 14.2hh.  She is really starting to calm down and
enjoy working with us!  She is trained to ride and would
love a gentle, patient person to give her a great home!
She does have a club-foot, but is sound for riding.
Kerry is a dark bay paint mare.  She is 9 years old and
around 14hh.  She went to the horse Expo in March and
got a lot of exposure to new things!  She did AWESOME!!
She is still green, but is gentle and ready for an
experienced home to continue her training!
Lacey is a very pretty sorrel QH filly!  She is
coming 3 years old.  She is now in saddle
training and taking to a rider very well!  She
is smart and seems to enjoy being ridden.
She is ready for a home that will slowly
continue her training!
Chance is a nice red dun pony/QH cross gelding.  He is 4 years
old and around 14.2hh.  He loves attention and is very easy to
catch.  He leads and loads well and is good for the farrier.  He
went to the Horse Expo in March and was started under saddle.
He is continuing to progress well, but he will need a confident
owner as he likes to test the boundaries.
Chex is a nice, tall buckskin mare!  She is 23 years old and around 15.1hh.
She leads, loads, ties and is great for the farrier!  While she is very solid
with her ground work, she seems to have forgotten any riding training she
may have had.  We are working on reminding her.  She is progressing very,
very well! She will need an experienced rider as she is still remembering
the cues, but she has great potential!
Cleo is a nice 14.2H Bay Arabian Mare. She is very sure footed for
trail riding.  She can be ridden alone or in groups.  She has worked
cows, crossed water, and ridden on steep terrain and single track
trails in tight scrub oak.  Cleo also rides in the arena,  having 3 great
gaits for reining or western pleasure.  Cleo's personality is more
dominant.  She requires a rider who gives clear why she requires a
horse person who has strong leadership skills.
Gretchen is a very pretty chestnut Arabian mare!  She
is 14.2hh and 9 years old.  She is confident on the trails
as well as in the arena.  She has been through trees,
water, brush and does great!  She is also showing great
potential with jumping!  She is ready for an
experienced rider to call her own!!
Venus is a very sweet coming yearling filly that
was born here.  She is sorrel and going gray.
She is continuing to learn basic ground
manners-- leading, tying, having her feet
handled and trimmed.  She is a very smart girl
and loves to please and ready for an
experienced home!
Badger is a nice little coming 2 year old paint
pony gelding!  He is a black and white and is
aprox 11hh.  He is learning all the basics:
leading, tying, having his hooves handled and
trimmed, and will soon begin work with tack.  He
is ready for an experienced home that will
patiently train this little guy!
Adopted!!
Pete is a mid 20s chestnut QH gelding.  He is
very sweet and loves attention!  He is
realatively new to us, but so far we think he
would do well with an advanced beginner rider.
D.J. is a nice little sorrel gelding!  He is around 14.2hh and 13 years
old.  He is very green under saddle, but is progressing nicely in
his training.  He is not spooky but is not confident with moving
forward.  He will require an experienced rider that continue his
training and help him gain more confidence.
Lady is a 6 year old sorrel and white paint mare.  She is approx.
14.2hh.  She is very green and shy, but is s
lowly starting to trust!
We have found some chiropractic issues are unsure of her riding
ability due to this.
She is learning to stand tied, bathe, lunge, wear
tack
and ground driving!  She is great with plastic!!  She is ready for
an experienced home that will patiently continue her training!
Twiggy is a sorrel 6 year old QH mare.  She is approx 14.1hh.  She was
recently returned to the rescue and has some chiropractic and trust issues
:o(    She had been trained by us a year ago and was a great little riding
horse  but has had a lot of time off, so we are helping her remember her
cues and gain some confidence back.  She is ready for an experienced,
patient home that will help her continue to regain trust in people.

Monroe is a nice, tall gray QH gelding.  He is around 15 years old
and 15.2hh.  He does have some mild soundness issues so we
have him in corrective shoes on all 4 hooves --this seems to really
be helping him!  Now that he is comfortable we have begun a
training assessment.  He is nice to ride, but will need an
experienced rider.  He can be a little hyper at times and needs a
strong rider to help him keep his focus.
Riding With Potential For Limited Competition

The following horses are available for general riding with little to
no limitations.  They are sound enough for limited competition.
