NEW ARRIVALS!!

The Following horses are new arrivals and will be
available for adoption after their initial vet work, farrier
work and training assessments are completed!
COMPANION ONLY

The following horses are available as
companion only.  They are not sound
enough for any riding.
Watson is a very tall bay gelding.  We think he is some type of
warmblood.  He is over 16hh.  He is still gaining weight and we
are working on getting his hooves in decent condition.  He
needs to learn some manners and remember the riding training
he is supposed to have.   He will need a strong, confident rider
as he has a very strong personality and can really test his rider.
He is limited to easy trail/pleasure riding with a lighter rider.
Carson is a Belgian QH cross gelding.  He is 10 years old.
He leads, loads in a trailer and stands tied. He does need to
remember or learn how to respect space, he has had his
hooves trimmed and other basic ground work.  He shows
potential and with a lot of training and patience he would
make a nice light driving horse.  Carson does have some
arthritis in a front knee, so is limited to easy work.  He is
ready for an experienced home that will continue his
training and him live up to his potential!
Avalon is a sweet 3 year old filly.  She is gaining weight well and is
learning how to be haltered and led.  She was very shy and is
slowly learning she can trust us.  She is starting to realize it can
actually feel good when a person touches her.  She is very, very
green and will need an experienced home to continue her training.
Wylie is a nice 3 year old black gelding.  He now loves
attention and is very sweet!  He is learning how to lead, have
his feet trimmed and starting basic ground work that will lead
up to riding.  He will need an experienced home to continue
his training.
Navajo is a very sweet 22 year old paint gelding.  He is
around 15.1hh.  He came in very thin and covered with
lice.  He has gained well and is now in assessment for
riding.  He seems to have some training, but needs
some work to help him remember.
The following group of youngsters came in totally un handleable.  They
were also emaciated, in need of hoof trims and basic care.  We are
working on gaining their trust and getting them halter trained so they can
see the farrier and vet.  They each have different personalities and are
at various stages of the haltering process.  They will all need
experienced homes to help them become great horses!!
Bingo is a very sweet 3 year old gray gelding.  He has come a
long way in a short time with his training!   He is a smart guy
and tries hard to please!   He leads and lunges now and did
awesome for his first trim!  He does have an old injury to his
cheek and will be having surgery on it in the next few weeks.

Benji is a very nice looking 3 year old palomino
gelding.  He is still quite shy and not wearing a
halter yet, but will let us pet him!  He is a smart little
guy and I am confident it will not be long before he
is leading like a pro!!
Ladybug is a 9 year old red dun QH mare that was
recently returned to the rescue.  She is 15.2hh and
very stocky!  She is in assessment now and is
proving to be very green.  She will need an
experienced home that can continue to teach her
the basics of being ridden.
Sydeny is a 12 year old TB gelding that was recently
returned to the rescue.  He is bay and aprox 15.2hh.
He is just starting his riding evaluation.  He is a bit
spooky and will need a confident, experienced rider
to help him keep his focus.
Banjo is a very unique dark buckskin gelding.  He
has a very nice, thick mane and tail!  He is one of
the more shy guys in this bunch, but is slowly
starting to come around.
Pip is a sweet little bay gelding!  He is around
14.2hh and 7 years old.  He is slowly learning he
can trust us.  He is shy and nervous and
doesn't really seem to have had much training.
More work and time will tell.
